Consultations run Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm UK time, and every call is online: an online consultation for UK businesses works the same way as an online consultation for US businesses or an international project consultation, with times shown in your own time zone.

What happens during the consultation?
We talk through where your business is now, what you want to achieve and what's slowing you down, then suggest the most useful next steps. If there is a project to quote, we agree what to scope; if there isn't, you still leave with practical advice. The call is on Google Meet, and the link is sent when your booking is confirmed.
How long is the call?
The consultation lasts 30 minutes and is free. It takes place on Google Meet.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. It helps to know what you want to achieve, to have your website address and any examples you like to hand, and to note the questions you want answered. The booking form asks for your service of interest, business category and an annual revenue range ("Prefer not to say" is fine) so the advice fits your business.
Is there an obligation to purchase?
No. The consultation is free, with no obligation and no hard sell. If you decide to go ahead, you receive a scope and quote first, and nothing starts until you agree to it.
How do I book from another time zone?
Use the "Show times in" option on the booking form: it shows each available slot in your own time zone, with the UK time alongside. Consultations take place on UK weekdays between 10am and 4pm UK time, and the zones offered include US Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific, India and your device's own zone.
How should I prepare for an agency discovery call?
Be clear about the problem you want to solve and what success would look like, gather examples and anything that already exists, and know roughly what budget range and deadline you are working to. Prepare questions about who will do the work, how they communicate and how they scope and quote. A good discovery call should leave you with a clearer picture, whether or not you hire the agency.
Can I discuss several services in one consultation?
Yes. Pick the main service on the booking form, or Business Consultation if you want to cover several, and mention the rest in the notes. The consultation can cover how design, development, AI automation, cyber security and marketing fit together for your business.
